Akríl á brúnan, stífan pappa, efstalagið hvítt. Við vinstri brún verksins eru svartar útlínur afa mannslíkama á hlið - lóðréttur og nær yfir allan myndflötinn. Pappírinn er skorinn í boga efst, myndfletinum er skipt í tvennt, í gulan og ljósbleikan (húðlitur). Mannveran stendur við vinstri kannt, þar sem flöturinn er gulur. Bakgrunnur og myndflötur er ekki málaður að fullu - sést í pappírinn á nokkuð stóru svæði.

Along the left edge of the work is the black outline of a human figure shown in profile—positioned vertically and spanning the entire height of the image area. The cardboard is cut in an arc at the top, and the image area is divided into two sections: yellow and light pink (flesh-toned). The figure stands at the left edge, against the yellow section. The background and image area are not fully painted; the cardboard remains visible across a fairly large area.
