I broke my leg and quit my GSA diet i had followed for 5 yrs. I am trying to change this

How much interest do you have in food and cooking in general? Is food an important aspect of your life? How much time do you devote to thinking about, making and consuming food? Do you enjoy trying out new recipes, or even coming up with your own?
Very little, no, I don't think about food nor make it but the time spent in eating is about 45 min a day. Not at all.
What characterises good food? (For ex. regarding taste, smell, texture, appearance, or other qualities?)
I like sushi, fresh salad: the appearence of the food is important-does it look fresh? and the quality of the food matters.
What characterises quality food when it comes to your specific diet? Does it matter for instance if the food is fresh or processed or contains additives?
I like food that is not processed

Everything: the control of food intake, the regularity of meals, no-sugar (GSA diet)

It has bad influence on me mentally as well as physically. I don't want to keep eating as I do
